Booking policy

Dear Client,

We would like to inform you that the prices are for informational purposes only. Your booking is only valid if we have confirmed it in some form (e.g., by email or phone).

If the scheduled appointment does not suit you and you wish to cancel, please let us know via email or phone!

If for any reason you cannot attend your appointment, please inform us in a timely manner. Please note that rescheduling takes time, and cancellations or changes can be made free of charge up to 48 hours before the reserved appointment (via email or phone) considering our opening hours. For appointments canceled within 48 hours, 50% of the reserved service fee will be charged; for cancellations within 24 hours, 100% will be charged. We cannot provide a new appointment until the previous appointment has been settled in cases of no-show or unpaid appointments.
